The Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Triathlon presented by Herbalife today announced that L.A. LIVE Nokia Plaza in downtown Los Angeles will be the new site of its finish line for the 9th annual event on September 7, 2008. The 40,000 sq. ft. open-air plaza will serve as the finish line festival for athletes and spectators to enjoy music, food, sponsor exhibits, camaraderie and medals. The venue provides unique design and technology opportunities for the Festival to broadcast race coverage and sponsor promotions to participants and spectators through giant LED screens.
